2 Bedroom Apartment in Paulo Duque, Caxias Cruz Quebrada Dafundo, Oeiras

Paulo Duque

Between the river and the gardens, a place to live and invest in Oeiras

Paulo Duque is a contemporary residential development located in Dafundo, Oeiras, just 2 km from Lisbon and only a few meters from the Tagus River. Designed by architect Luís Rebelo de Andrade, the project offers a living experience where nature, light and comfort come together in perfect balance.

Paulo Duque “presents itself as a safe and responsible option for those who choose to live close to the center of Lisbon while wanting to remain connected to nature.” Its proximity to the Jardins do Cedro, the beaches between Oeiras and Cascais, and the riverside promenade creates a unique lifestyle marked by tranquility and the freedom to live close to what truly matters.

Contemporary architecture and natural light

The building stands out for its dynamic façade, developed “to create a stronger connection to the Jardins do Cedro” and to allow “better natural light into the interior spaces.” The three‑dimensional glazed ceramic cladding in bottle‑green tones creates shifting reflections throughout the day, reinforcing the project’s distinctive aesthetic identity.

The generous balconies and large glazed openings ensure abundant natural light—one of the central elements of the By The River concept, described as “a refuge in the unexpected.”

This development features a variety of outdoor spaces, including private gardens and river views, strengthening the connection to the surrounding natural environment and allowing residents to live between the blue of the Tagus and the green of the gardens.

Every element has been carefully designed to ensure comfort, durability and sophistication, fully aligned with the developer’s high‑quality standards.

It is a place where nature, the city and poetry come together.
